Whooo!  Today I lost 1.5 pounds!  Wow, so cutting out all condiments, diet pop, and coffee really did help.  Darn, I LOVE coffee.  Once I start back to school again in January I'm not sure I'll be able to keep that up.  I'm not really so sure it's actually coffee and diet pop that are doing it.  I'm thinking since giving birth I'm retaining a lot of water and sodium in anything is killing me.  Jenny Craig has these things called "soupatizers."  They are "frees" on the JC program but essentially they are just flavored water with salt in them.  I recently just checked the sodium and it's something like 420 mg.  So, I've been having all that sodium plus whatever is in my dinner!  I really think that plus when I put ketchup (Even though it is also a "Free") on my food has been killing me.  I have finally broken into the next round of tens on the scale!  Whoooo!  Thank goodness.  Hopefully I can keep it up while I'm eating out all this week.  So far I've been really good.  Today for example, I ordered literally a pound of asparagus for my meal until I could get home and eat my JC lunch!  Go me!
